This was an ideal choice for a short visit in Middletown with fantastic value for money. The check-in process went smoothly, and the front desk staff was friendly. Just be prepared for outdated decor and some cleanliness issues.

Clean and relaxing pool area.

My stay was plagued with a number of issues. Initially, I was given a room that was not what I booked and, despite raising this concern, the front desk couldn't offer a suitable solution. Additionally, I found evidence of pests in my room, which was quite unsettling and not something I expected during my stay.

great central spot for city strolls and nearby parks

i was really impressed by how spacious and modern my room was, and the convenience of having taco bell and wendy's just steps away made my stay even better while exploring the area near the hotel.

The kids loved the little arcade games in the lobby, which kept them amused after our fun-filled days.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool being closed was a major letdown for the kids. It would be great if they could keep the pool open or ensure repairs are made quickly.

We visited Hersheypark and found this hotel super convenient. The location was easy to get to, and the rooms were clean. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful! Just a heads up for future guests, the pool was out of service during our visit, so plan accordingly.

great stay, but minor cleaning issues

The suite with two queen beds was spacious for my family with children. The proximity to Hershey Park was fantastic, making our trip much easier.

The bathroom could have been cleaner upon our arrival.

Pool accessibility needs to be improved.

The room was comfortable, and having access to fresh sheets was appreciated. However, there were used towels behind the door and leftover food in the fridge, which was disappointing. The bathroom setup was cramped, particularly with the separate sink area, and the lack of an exhaust fan raised concerns about odors. For the price, the overall experience was average, but not without its flaws.

The hotel offers a convenient location off the turnpike, making it easily accessible. My room was clean and spacious, and the on-site restaurant provided delicious meals, including excellent egg rolls. The arcade games entertained my kids, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

I really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. However, the AC unit didn’t work properly, and despite my requests, no one came to fix it during my three-day stay. The pillows felt too flat for my liking, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. I also faced some confusion with the remote control, which didn’t work well for volume or channel changes. The shower had a tricky handle that took a lot of effort to operate, and there were moments when the water temperature fluctuated from freezing to scalding quickly. The pool was closed due to maintenance, and I wasn't informed until I arrived, which was frustrating. The hotel could use some updates to enhance the overall experience.
